How do I setup a chapter order?

Please email kim.tompkins@jbrandt.com the following information to setup your online chapter orders:

  • Chapter name
  • Chapter Representative’s name, email, and phone number
  • Shipping address
  • Number of members ordering (minimum order is 10 badges per chapter order)
  • Initiation date
  • Order deadline date.  This is the deadline for your members to order their pins.

 

How do I know if a certain item is in stock?

We offer many products that remain in-stock year-round.  Please call us at 800/435-5749 ext. 202 or email kim.tompkins@jbrandt.com to check stock. 

 

What is turnaround time on a sorority/fraternity product?

How is my order shipped?

Online shipping options are as follows:

  • UPS Ground
  • UPS 3-Day Select
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS Next Day Air. 

All orders shipped to Canada, APO boxes or International Destinations are shipped USPS.  Our website has the option to add USPS and FedEx for US shipments.

 

Will my old badge work in your Pierced Badge Pendant?

This depends on the year your badge was manufactured.  Most badges manufactured AFTER 1989 will fit inside our badge holders.  If your badge was manufactured BEFORE 1989, please contact Kim Tompkins, kim.tompkins@jbrandt.com.

 

Can I cancel OR return my order?

We do accept order cancellations & returns on Sorority/Fraternity Orders as follows. 

Order Type If canceled or returned... Restocking Fee
Personalized Product (i.e. engraved) Up to 4 days after date of order NO CHARGE to cancel
     
Not Personalized Product (i.e. not engraved) Up to 30 days from date of order NO Charge to cancel or return

We process refunds within 24 hours.  Depending on your financial institution the refund may not appear in your account for up to ten business days.
