countries. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, J. Brandt does not ship to post office
boxes. J Brandt is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.

Please allow an additional 2 - 3 days for delivery on in-stock items that require engraving.

Our 30-day money back guarantee gives you time to ensure your purchase is perfect. Articles
are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in sellable condition and accompanied by a
sales receipt. You will need to pay for return shipping and insurance fees.

Non-Refundable Items
Engraved jewelry items may not be returned. Special orders are final sale and are not eligible
for return. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
Delta Gamma "Badge" Return Policy
Engraved Badges may be cancelled within 7 days of the order date. After 7 days there will
be a 25% restocking fee for any cancellations or returns. Returns with missing paperwork
or product will not be processed.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, including Special Handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable.
If you receive any portion of your order damaged, please contact us prior to returning the
items. J. Brandt will not reimburse you for unauthorized shipping expenses incurred. Please
retain all shipping materials for FedEx pick up and/or inspection.
