A: J. Brandt Recognition is the manufacturer and therefore you do not have to buy through a “middle man” who will raise their prices to make a commission.
Q: Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
A: All Texas residents pay a sales tax of 8.25% unless you are tax-exempt.
Q: Do you repair personal jewelry?
A: No. We are a manufacturer and not a retail establishment and therefore do not repair personal jewelry items. We are more than happy to refer you to a retail jeweler in your area. |
